About ME

I'm in my freshman year of College at OU, graduating class of 2014. I enjoy programming in almost any language (except perl, terrible terrible language), and my favorites include C# and PHP.
My other hobbies include video games, making and playing them. I currently employ C# with XNA and DirectX to produce some classics like Desktop Gravity Shift, which you can find in the projects section. I'm currently in the middle of a 6000 line map maker (skywriter) and engine(k-os). (finished) full 3d game, yet to be named.
An older hobby of mine is messing with electronics. Of course I love computers, but I'm talking the nitty gritty - things like transistors and circuitry. I've been soldering since I could walk and always love to tear things apart just to find out what makes them tick.
Both programming and electronics, I taught myself everything I know. A day at the library with a book on HTML and I'll learn more than anything I could in a class room. I believe education is very important however, Here comes a PhD.
I'm quite lucky in how I procure and sustain my finances - I work for two blogs. TechOlive and I write for HackaDay. One day I hope to own my own video game making company.
I love COD4 and MW2 (steam kobaj_g, xfire kobaj) but I also play HL2, Crysis, OrangeBox, and even console games likes Halo3.
Finally, I feel a small note should be placed. I'm an active member in the furry community (surprise?) as a fox.

Kobaj.net isnt actually about the content. It's about what the user doesn't see. I wrote and revised the site 6 times (check out the 'technical' on it) not so I could have a place to rant and rave and have the world hear my crazy. It was so I could learn. Simple as that.
